DesignSpin ("we", "our", "us") operates the Clay Rush mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.

Information We Collect

Game Center

If you choose to sign in to Game Center, Apple provides us with your Game Center player ID and display name for leaderboard and achievement functionality. This data is managed by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policy.

Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your device settings. You may purchase "Remove Ads" to disable all advertisements.

Daily Challenge Notifications

If you grant notification permission, we schedule local notifications for daily challenges. No notification data is sent to external servers.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or contact information
• We do not collect location data
• We do not track your activity across other apps or websites
• We do not sell any personal data to third parties

Data Storage

Game progress (scores, streaks, preferences) is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. No gameplay data is transmitted to external servers.

In-app purchase status is verified through Apple's StoreKit framework and stored locally.

Children's Privacy

Clay Rush does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app contains advertising which complies with Apple's App Store guidelines.
