Berks 3 does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

The App may use the following platform services:

• Apple Game Center - If you choose to sign in, Game Center handles your leaderboard scores and achievements. This data is managed by Apple according to their Privacy Policy.

What We Don't Collect

• No analytics or tracking
• No advertising
• No personal information
• No usage data

Third-Party Services

The only third-party service used is Apple Game Center, which is optional. We have no access to your Game Center data - it is managed entirely by Apple.

Children's Privacy

Berks 3 does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
